How to cook Clams Masala

Apart from shopping for Sea Bass, I also picked up some ocean-fresh clams to enjoy as a starter, along with my usual vodka on a Sunday evening. Since no one in my family prefers shellfish, I am the only one eating it at home. A dozen clams were just enough to satisfy my taste buds. I once had the chance to try some of the most delicious clams at a small roadside eatery near Ratnagiri while heading to Goa for Rider Mania, and the memory still lingers. Inspired by that experience, I decided to recreate a Clams Masala recipe similar to the one I had, and I was thrilled with the results. It’s a simple, straightforward recipe with impressive flavour- minimal ingredients, maximum taste. Give my easy recipe a try for a delightful seafood feast. I have used Coconut oil for a more tropical note ( feel free to use oil of your choice ) Happy cooking!
