Delish new recipe for Asian Sea Bass Curry

I picked up some Asian Sea Bass, also known as Jitada in Marathi. This is my favourite fish, and I have been devouring Jitada since my father first introduced me to it. To date, it remains his favourite fish. A versatile fish suitable for curries and tawa fry dishes. Rich and crisp in flavour, I decided to cook a rustic curry with a tangy taste and mild spices, the one that shall perfectly complement a bowl of steamed rice and offer satiety to the tummy. My recipe is simple and easy to follow, using basic ingredients that deliver high taste. I’m thrilled to share this super-easy recipe with you. Sea Bass curry tastes exceptionally well with rice and is an ultimate comfort food for a Sunday lunch or dinner.
