Wow, what an incredible month it has been! I’ve been incredibly busy launching my own cafe and processed foods business. Working 16 hours every day left little time for elaborate cooking or experimenting with recipes. However, last evening I finally had a moment to try a new dish—lobster. I purchased a fresh catch from the market and found a large, beautiful lobster. Back in the kitchen, I decided to prepare a classic lobster masala and share it with you. Fragrant spices enhance this dish, making it delightful and very appealing. It’s a simple recipe for a luxurious meal. Happy cooking and enjoy the long May Day weekend!
