T stands for tangy, and today marks my celebration of Tangy Tuesday! I whipped up some succulent Pan Grilled Chicken that is bursting with flavor. There’s a special backstory to this dish: a few weeks ago, a thoughtful colleague gifted me an intriguing blend of Turkish Seven Spice powder, and I had been eagerly awaiting the perfect moment to try it out.
The chicken was marinated, allowing the aromatic spices to meld beautifully with the fresh, zesty kick of lemon juice. The result was a medley of flavors that danced across the palate. To accompany this delightful main dish, I prepared crispy, golden potatoes, enhanced with a hint of rich butter, perfectly paired with plump cherry tomatoes that added a refreshing contrast to the buttery gravy.
This Pan Grilled Chicken is not only simple to prepare but also incredibly delicious, earning a permanent spot in our weekly meal rotation—my son is already asking for it every week without fail! I have no doubt that once you try it, you’ll be just as hooked on its vibrant taste and crave it time and again!
