Prawns are high in Calcium and Omega-3s hence they make an excellent source for Keto diet as well.

Ingredients:
Prawns – 250 gm
Tomato – 30 gm
Onion – 50 gm
Coriander – few sprigs
Green chillies – 2 to 3
For the masala –
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Ginger – small pod
Garlic – 2 to 3 flakes
Red Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Fresh Turmeric – small pod
Oil – 20 mo
Salt – to taste
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Method :
1 ) Shell and devein prawns.
2 ) Chop Tomato, Onions, Coriander leaves and green chillies and set aside.
3 ) Grind all the ingredients for the masala together. Fry the masala till golden brown. Add the
chopped veggies and fry further on low flame for 5 minutes.
4 ) Add prawns, salt and little water. Cover and cook on a slow flame for 10 minutes. Once the
water evaporates, squeeze lime juice. Remove from flame and serve hot.
