Exciting new recipe for Mutton & Potato Curry

A Sunday morning short ride is refreshingly invigorating for the mind, body, and the biker’s soul. Over the years, I must have lost count of the short rides I have done besides the long haul ones, which I do on and off. Today, we decided to head to Nere village in the vicinity of Panvel to enjoy lush greenery, river streams and of course lip-smacking snacks. Have been frequenting this spot since a few years and winters and monsoon is the best time to ride here. Starting early at 6.30 am, Nere village is a short ride of around 45 minutes from Palm Beach Road. The air was cold and invigorating and my KTM was ready to soak-in the chill and zoom past. I personally prefer going at a steady pace but my bike wont listen and sometimes, i do give-in for her thirst to power. The roads are excellent and get a nice thrill unwinding on the nooks and turns as you approach Nere.
On the way back, we took a pit-stop at Panvel to buy some fresh Mutton. You get some quality meat at Panvel and we make it a point to buy fresh meat. A relaxing Sunday with yummy Mutton and a few Beers, what more does one want? Check out this refreshing recipe for Mutton & Potato Curry.
