Chicken Seekh Kebab
The rains have been setting in nicely in the evenings for the past week. This creates the perfect atmosphere for enjoying succulent Seekh Kebabs. Due to a lack of time to prepare dinner, I decided to use chicken instead of mutton, as chicken is easier to grill at home. Additionally, my simple Seekh Kebab recipe gave me the confidence that I could have this dish ready in less than an hour. By the time I finished a couple of drinks, my tasty Tuesday night dinner was ready.
