Super easy three step guide to a yummy Chicken Masala Dry

Since I didn’t go for a ride on Sunday, I spent the day doing activities I love besides cooking. Poetry is my favourite, so I took the opportunity to read every great poem or book I could find. I read “Last Night I Dreamed of Chickens” by Jack Prelutsky, a humorous and surreal poem where chickens appear everywhere—on the bed, tables, and in hair. This inspired me to share a chicken recipe. I was craving spicy Chicken Masala Dry to enjoy with my evening drink. It’s a simple, hands-on recipe for making one of the juiciest, most flavorful chickens—completely finger-licking good. If you want to impress your guests with a delicious meal, this recipe is perfect. Happy cooking!
