My last update was nearly two weeks ago, following my solo 2,500-kilometre journey to Sambhajinagar and Nagpur. I returned after a week, feeling both tired and refreshed, armed with new thoughts and memories from an exciting trip. Sunday was a day to relax and recharge, so I didn’t feel like doing elaborate cooking. After riding through the day in temperatures over 40 degrees Celsius, I craved a cold beer and a light meal — and that’s exactly what I enjoyed. I planned to have some Paneer Chilli Poppers with a chilled glass of lager for dinner. I often share this tasty “No Oil” recipe, which I make with my Air Fryer (though you can also cook it on a Tawa or Pan). This quick ten-minute recipe is simple, using a few store-bought ingredients, resulting in a flavorful dish that can be served with additional sides of your choice. It is a “No Oil” recipe if you use an Air Fryer, but you can also recreate it on a Tawa or Pan; just add a tablespoon of oil, and you’re all set.
Ingredients:
Paneer – 300 gms
Bell Pepper – 100 gms
Ginger-Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp
Sriracha Sauce – 1 tsp
Stir-fry sauce – 1 tsp
Pepper Sauce – -1/2 tsp
Salt – a pinch
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Onion flakes – 1 t sp
Method:
1 ) Cut Panner to cubes and dice the peppers. Set aside.
2 ) In a large bowl, marinate the paneer with all the remaining inanredients.
3 ) Set in a air fryer for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Top it up with a tablespoon of onion flakes and serve hot.
P.S: If using a pan, add a tebalespoon of oil and cover & cook for 10 minutes.
