With the holy month of Shravan going on, many of my subscribers requested unique vegetarian recipes since most abstain from Meat, I thought, why not treat my audience with something that mimics meat and yet delivers a punch? So here goes my Five Star Vegetarian Recipe for Soya Keema. This is one vegetarian alternative to meat that I relish most. Not only Is it super delicious but also offers the maximum protein. Soya can be a good substitute for animal products because, unlike some other beans, soy offers a ‘complete’ protein profile. Soya products can replace animal-based foods—which also have complete proteins but tend to contain more fat, especially saturated fat. Soya granules are abundant in carbs and protein and are a major source of dietary fibre. This is one dish which can take you from a Satisfying Sunday to a Meatless Monday.
