Easy recipe for super yummy Rice Kheer

Every year on Ram Navami, I choose Rice Kheer as my favourite dessert. While many variations exist, I favour the simplest version made with Nestle Milkmaid, which gives the dish a rich, creamy texture and makes it my top choice, especially when served chilled. I sprinkle a little cinnamon powder on top, enhancing the flavour, and the aroma is simply irresistible. Enjoy this easy recipe today and have a blessed Ram Navami.

Ingredients:

Rice – 50 gms
Milk – 1 litre
Nestle Milkmaid – 1 small can
Cardamom powder – a pinch
Cinnamon powder – for garnish

Method:

1 ) Wash rice and cook with milk on a slow flame till rice gets soft.
2 ) Add Nestle Milkmaid and cook for another 5 minutes. Keep stirring continuously till it reaches the desired consistency.
3 ) Remove from flame. Let it cool for some time and later refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Serve chilled topped with cinnamon powder.
