Easy hack for juicy Grilled Chicken Wings

The last day of the year deserves a recipe that leaves a lasting impression on your taste buds. That’s why I decided to share my swashbuckling recipe for Grilled Chicken. Like my other recipes, this one is easy to prepare and requires minimal effort. The only time you spend on this recipe is the refrigeration, where I prefer to marinate the chicken with spices and let it set in the fridge overnight. Yes, there is a hack. You can marinate the chicken for just about two hours and still recreate this masterpiece. After all, the new year is just hours away, and many of us won’t have that much time to spare. With a generous dose of lemon juice, honey and umami-rich soy sauce, this chicken is ready in no time to be transformed into the Star of the Table.

Ingredients:

Chicken Wings – 1 kg

For the marinade:

Ginger-Garlic paste – 30 gm
Mix Herb seasoning – 2 tbsp
Olive oil – 20 ml
Red Chilli paste – 2 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Lime juice – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tbsp
Dill seeds – 1 tbsp
Onion powder – 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1 ) Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl.
2 ) Clean the chicken and dab for any excess moisture.
3 ) Marinade both sides of the wings one by one and set aside.
4 ) Cover the chicken with a film & set them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
5 ) Prepare the oven and grill the wings at 350°F for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, making sure to turn sides frequently to get an even texture. Once done, serve with Potato Wedges if you desire.
