Serves – 2 to 3 persons
Ingredients :
Chicken – 450 gms
White Chickpeas ( boiled ) – 100 gms
Onion – 50 gm
Red Chillies – 10 gm
Tomato – 1 ( big )
Green Chilli – 2 pcs
Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves
Chicken / Meat stock – 1 cup
Fat / Oil – 50 ml
Chicken Masala – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Method :
1 ) Clean and cut chicken and set aside.
2 ) Grind Onion and red chillies to a paste. Chop Tomato, Garlic and Green Chillies and set
aside.
3 ) Heat fat in a pan. Fry the chicken till golden brown and set aside.
4 ) In the same pan, add the onion and chilli paste and saute till lumps are formed. Add the
chopped veggies, and chicken masala and saute further for a couple of minutes.
5 ) Add the fried chicken and stir well. Add salt and the stock. Cover with lid and let it cook and
gravy thickens.
6 ) Once done, add the Chickpeas and give it a high boil for two minutes. Remove from flame
and serve hot with Paratha or Rice.
