Ingredients:
Chicken Leg Pieces – 4
Tomato Puree – 1 tbsp
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – ¼ tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Salt & Pepper powder – as per taste
Method :
1 ) Clean, wash and wipe dry chicken legs. Make slits at some places.
2 ) In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except chicken legs.
3 ) To this marinade, add chicken legs and coat them well. Keep them in the refrigerator for 30
mins.
4 ) Place the marinated chicken legs on a high rack inside the microwave oven and grill for 25 minutes
or till done. Keep turning sides after every 7 to 8 mins.
5 ) Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings or kachumber salad.
