This weekend was dedicated to bike maintenance and routine service. I finished servicing my Himalayan and gave my KTM Adventure a beauty wash. By the time I was free, it was late afternoon, so I didn’t have enough time to cook something elaborate. A quick fridge check revealed two lobsters I had procured from Belapur Fish Market last weekend. That was enough to relish a satiating Sunday lunch after gulping a few glasses of beer with papad. The mood was set, and it was time to get on the cooking range and cook a classic, fiery red Lobster Curry. After all, I simply had to put to the test the Guntur Chilli Powder that my friend and fellow biker – Prashant Patil had especially bought for me from his ride to Andhra Pradesh last month ( P.S: he is still waiting for my classic fiery Mutton Curry) The dish turned out to be yummy and complemented the chilled beer very well. Let me share a simple and easy recipe for Lobster Curry with you. Happy cooking!
