Actress Lennon Parham once said, “The smell of shrimp is comforting.” Truly, shrimp or prawns are one of the most comforting foods to relish. With so many varied ways to cook, it becomes more and more exciting for me to cook every time I lay my hands on fresh prawns. Prawns are rich in texture and flavor, which makes it even more challenging and rewarding to blend in flavors and spices. My favourite way to cook prawns is also one of the easiest and fastest ways to cook and relish this delicacy, taking only ten minutes and three major ingredients to create a yummy recipe.
