Actress Lennon Parham quoted – “The smell of shrimp is comforting”. Indeed, Shrimp or
Prawns is one of the most comforting food to relish, but I relish Squid and what’s more, with so many varied ways
to cook, it gets more and more exciting for me to cook every time I lay my hands on fresh
Squid and the numerous methods or spices or combinations I can try with this versatile food.
All said and done, Squid or Calamari is also very rich in texture and flavour which makes it even
more challenging to blend in flavour and spices et al. My favourite way to cook Squid is also
one of the easiest and fastest ways to cook and relish this delicacy. It takes only ten minutes to
place this dish on the table and the best part is that – it takes only three major ingredients to
churn out this yummy recipe.
