Delicious Writer’s Snack: Paneer Toast with Boiled Egg Recipe

Crispy Paneer Toasties with boiled egg

I’m an avid fan of Cheese Chilli Toast and have sampled it in numerous cafes throughout the city. There’s nothing like enjoying a crispy toast with endless cups of black coffee, especially during a downpour. When I’m in the zone for writing, I steer clear of heavy or oily foods that might slow me down. That’s why I invented this perfect writer’s snack – a toast with just the right amount of taste and protein, and sometimes I even add an egg for an extra boost. One day, I decided to create a healthier version using homemade Paneer (Cottage Cheese). Like my other recipes, this one is also hassle-free and requires minimal ingredients. Whether for breakfast or as a mid-day pick-me-up, this delectable and nutritious toast is sure to leave you craving more. It’s also an ideal snack for kids’ lunchboxes. Give this high-protein snack a try. It only takes 15 minutes to prepare, making it the perfect companion for your coffee break.
