Jackfruit has a meat-like texture and tastes delicious when turned into a spicy curry dish. I prefer to use the green, unripe ones for my new top-notch recipe, which is full of flavour and has a high spice quotient. The crispness in the texture after frying the jackfruit resembles meat, making this dish very enjoyable. It is best enjoyed with roti or chapati.
