Calamari Tawa Masala recipe by Sameer S Nilatkar
It was a long, leisurely weekend, and I had envisioned an exhilarating trip to Goa, with its sun-kissed beaches and vibrant nightlife. However, my excitement quickly faded when I checked the flight tickets. To my dismay, the prices were astronomical, leaving me with a heavy heart. The peak tourist season had turned Goa into a bustling hive of activity, with hotels crowded to capacity.
As a passionate long-distance biker, I had considered the idea of riding down to Goa. This option would allow me full control over my itinerary and the freedom to explore at my own pace. Yet, my fellow bikers were reluctant to embark on another journey so soon, especially after our recent, exhausting ride to Goa for Rider Mania just a week earlier.
Despite my dejection, I couldn’t shake off the vibrant spirit of Goa. Yesterday, while wandering through the lively fish market, the sight of fresh calamari caught my eye, instantly igniting my imagination. At that moment, I decided to bring a taste of Goa to my home kitchen. With newfound enthusiasm, I eagerly made my way to the stove, ready to try my hand at a delightful Calamari Tawa Masala recipe—simple to make and perfect for savouring alongside a refreshing drink.
