Ingredients :
Spaghetti – 250 gms
Cheese – 75 gms
Garlic flakes – 3 to 4
Cherry Tomatoes – 30 gms
Broccoli – 30 gms
Onion – 1
Meat stock – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Pasta seasoning
Salt – as per taste
Olive Oil – 20 ml
Method :
1 ) Boil the spaghetti for 7 to 8 mins. Strain and set aside.
2 ) While the spaghetti cooks, finely chop the garlic and onions and set aside.
3 ) Heat oil in a pan and roast cherry tomatoes and broccoli. Set aside.
4 ) In the same pan, saute garlic to a nice dark brown roast. Add onion and saute further. Add
meat stock and boil for a minute. Add grated cheese, milk, seasoning, salt and boil till the sauce thickens. This should take about two minutes.
5 ) Serve the spaghetti in a serving dish and top it up with roasted veggies and sauce. Serve hot.
N.B: for a vegetarian alternative, replace the Meat Stock with Vegetable Stock.
